PowerFlow is a dynamic blend of strength training and mobility work, best for any intermediate athlete looking to build strength and increase flexibility. Every class incorporates bodyweight movements, resistance exercises, and flow-based routines to improve your overall athleticism, balance, and coordination.
The program includes four strength and mobility sessions, one dynamic flow session, and two focused mobility and flexibility sessions each week. It spans eight weeks and can be started on any Monday that fits your schedule.
The PowerFlow program requires access to a full-service gym, which would include space for functional training as well as free weights. In addition, clients must have some previous experience in weight training.
