I’m Coach Peter, and my story is one of chasing dreams, overcoming struggles, and finding purpose.
Growing up in Cologne, Germany, I dedicated my youth to academy football, facing the intense pressure of old-school coaching and high-stakes competition. It was a tough environment where performance defined your worth, but it shaped my resilience and drive.
My journey took me across the globe to Canada, where I earned a university scholarship as a student-athlete. Balancing academics and football wasn’t always easy, but it eventually opened the door to playing professionally. I experienced incredible highs—alongside some tough lows and the harsh realities of the pro game.
After my time playing professionally, I felt stuck and unfulfilled despite living what many would call “the dream". So, I packed my bags and set off to backpack the world, seeking something deeper.
Traveling became a way to reconnect with myself—exploring new cultures, meeting incredible people, and stepping far outside my comfort zone. Those years on the road weren’t just about adventure; they were about finding clarity and purpose. It was during this journey that I realized my true calling: to use my experiences and passion for fitness to inspire others.
Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned—from discipline to overcoming adversity—to help others transform their lives. Fitness isn’t just about working out; it’s about unlocking your potential, building confidence, and living life on your terms. Let’s get after it.

In-person coaching involves direct interaction between me and you, typically in a gym or outdoor setting. Through personalized guidance and support, I can offer tailored workouts and form correction, which will help you optimize your progress and results. In-person coaching is only available to clients in the area I am living in at the given moment.
My fitness programs and challenges provide structured workout routines and guidance conveniently through my app and your whole personal agenda. These programs offer curated plans tailored to various fitness goals, along with tracking tools and sometimes a supportive online community. It's a very easy and affordable option, helping you stay on track and achieve your objectives with ease and accessibility.
Personalised nutrition plans are like custom-made roadmaps for your eating habits. They're all about tailoring what you eat to fit your unique goals, preferences, and needs. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier, these plans take into account things like your age, activity level, and any dietary restrictions you might have. They're designed to help you make smart food choices that support your specific objectives. Think of it as having a personal nutrition coach who guides you towards eating the right stuff to reach your goals.
Coming 2025
Outdoor classes are group workouts we do in parks, on trails or at the beach. As your coach, I lead the group through a mix of exercises that get your heart pumping, build strength, and improve flexibility, with running or jogging thrown in for good measure. It's a fun way to break a sweat, enjoy the fresh air, and connect with others while getting fit outdoors.
