This 8-week program will help you build confidence and stamina while setting a path to long-term success with your fitness.
This KickStart program is comprised of two strength sessions, two cardio sessions, one session of functional training, and two flexibility and stretching sessions a week. It runs for eight weeks and can be started on any Monday that works for you.
For the best results in the FitKickstart program, access to basic equipment such as light dumbbells or resistance bands is recommended. No prior experience is needed—this program is designed for beginners to help you build confidence and gradually progress in your fitness journey.
