The HybridX program integrates weightlifting, functional training, and cardio into your personal transformative fitness journey. Achieve peak performance as you build strength, enhance muscle definition, boost cardiovascular health, and achieve your fitness goals through this innovative approach.
The program consists of four weightlifting sessions, three cardio sessions, one functional session and two stretching sessions per week. The length of the program is eight weeks and can be started on any Monday of your choice.
To facilitate the best results you need access to a full gym with functional space and free weights. Additionally you should have 1-2 years experience in weightlifting and be comfortable using the barbell.
